RE: ESTABLISHMENT OF PETTY CASH ACCOUNT FOR FIFTH AVENUE BRIDGE
(RESIDENTIAL CHILD CARE FACILITY) .
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, request has been made to allow the Fifth Avenue
Bridge (Residential Child Care Facility) to participate in the
petty cash account maintained by the Weld County Director of
Finance and Budget, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,

Colorado, deems it advisable to allow the Fifth Avenue Bridge
to participate in said petty cash fund in the amount of ONE
HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($150. 00) per month which is to be
paid outof the fund at the rate of two separate SEVENTY FIVE
DOLLAR ($75. 00) payments each calendar month.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Fifth Avenue
Bridge (Residential Child Care Facility) be and hereby is allowed
to participate in the petty cash account maintained by the
Director of Finance and Budget of Weld County, Colorado, in the
total sum of $150 . 00 per month.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of
June, A. D. , 1977 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 13th day of June, A.D. , 1977.

Please honor this request for a Petty Cash account at the Fifth Avenue
Bridge. We wish to receive $ 150.00 monthly, in two $ 75.00 increments.
The money from this account will be spent on recreation and allowances
(acct. # 01-869-676) for the children at our facility. Allowances and
recreation are an integral part of the functioning of our program. 6{R
