The properties around us do not compare to our property to cause property value increase; our property is a 3 bedroom, 1 and a 'A bath, 1 car carport. Can you please change the square footage on Porch SF on our property from 72 to 24? It has yet to be correct from 2017. According to your website under value information, sales search tools; there has been one house 1505 Sanchez Ct that sold during your period of 6-30-2017 to 6-30-2018; and that house has 4 bedrooms 2 full baths, rooms listed is wrong -should be 6 not 4; larger, fnished basement, double carport, balcony. Additionally it is 2 stories not 1. The other property listed 1707 Juanita Ct doesn't fall in the period. There is no rational reason that we should have another huge increase to our property once again, we did this in 2017 when you hit us with an enormous increase; the oil and gas industry in Weld County has not recovered and probably won't with 181 but the Assessor's office should not be penalizing property owners.
