Aztec Exploration, LLC (Aztec) has executed an Assignment of Oil & Gas Leases recorded at Reception No. 4367997 whereby they
have agreed to sell and assign one hundred percent (100%) of its right, title, and interest in and to the Oil & Gas Lease recorded at
Reception No. 4322593 to Extraction Oil & Gas, Inc., whose address is 370 17th St., Suite 5300, Denver, CO 80202. Aztec has
reserved a 1.50% Overriding Royalty.
Pursuant to the Oil and Gas Lease, your consent is required in order to permit Aztec to convey its interest. Aztec respectfully requests
your consent to sell and assign its interest in the Oil and Gas Lease covering the following lands:
Township 5 North, Range 65 West, 6th P.M.
Section 29: NW/4, Portion of Block 4, Town of Evans, as described at Reception # 371659 at the Clerk and Recorder of Weld County
Colorado.
Section 29: NW/4, That portion of Lots 2, 3, and 4, Block 12, Town of Evans, according to the recorded plat thereof, lying between
straight parallel lines, the Westerly of which intersects the West boundary of said Lot 2 at a point 75 feet North of the
Southwest corner of said Lot 2 and intersects the East boundary of said Lot 4 at the Northeast corner of said Lot 4.
Section 29: NW/4, A strip of land 50 feet in width across Lot 1, Block 12, Town of Evans, according to the recorded map or plat thereof,
lying between lines parallel and distant at right angels respectively 100 feet and 150 feet Westerly from the center line of
the main track of the Union Pacific Railroad
Section 29: NW/4, The East 40 feet of Lots 10, 11, and 12, in Block 21, Town of Evans, according to the recorded plat thereof; Also the
East 50 feet of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, in Block 37, and also that portions of Lot 9 in Block 37, Town of Evans, lying
east of a line which is distant 60 feet from the West boundary of the right of way of Union Pacific Railroad, being 160 feet
West of the center line of the Main track of Union Pacific Railroad
