And Whereas, the taxes assessed upon said property for the year (er ye^cs) aforesaid remained due and unpaid
at the date of the sale hereinafter named;
And Whereas, the Treasurer of the said County (* --the—real--property-
above described on or before the second Monday of December, A. D. 19 , for and on account and because of the
following matters and things, to-wit.

could be had, therefore the said property was, by the then Treasurer of the said County, stricken off to the said Coun-

And Whereas the said County of Weld has paid subsequent taxes on said property in the amount
