Purpose of the structure is store items that need to be protected from weathering and also to have farm equipment under a roof which will be more aesthetically pleasing than laying it around within the property. Example of some items that need to be protected from the weather and will be stored in there are tools, gardening tools and materials, animal feed, firewood, extra fencing posts, farm equipment, other things that you would place in a shed or a storage. The purpose for this structure is to keep with Weld County Code Sec 22-2-20 and promote a quality environment which is free of derelict vehicles, refuse, litter and other unsightly materials. This structure demonstrated my responsibility of taking care of my property and investing in the value of my home. My intent is to keep my property clean and have a positive image in our neighborhood. Weld County has recently sent letters to reduce the debris that is visible from the public eye and that is another reason why would appreciate your support. I hope this structure will also add value to my home, and to the area.
