Bids were received and opened on April 4, 2019 for bid B1900081 EMC Maintenance.
Eight (8) bids were received ranging from $176,425.77* to $195,346.18. Attached is the
bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all of the bid responses. Sanity Solutions
Inc. out of Denver, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $176,425.77 and meets the
needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B1900081 EMC
Maintenance to Sanity Solutions Inc. for a total amount of $176,425.77.
* Previously Low bid from The Jasper Group International, Inc. ($27,768.00) has been
disqualified due to not meeting the bids requirements with maintenance support.
