I am a direct neighbor of Claire Scavello and have known her for some time now. She is a very considerate lady and I have no problems at all with her wish to have a second single family dwelling on her property. I don't think it will be a problem for myself or anyone else in the neighborhood. I have also, on occasion, met the couple that plans to stay there; they are very nice people and also very considerate and quiet. I hope that you do allow Claire to have this second family dwelling request approved. Thank you, 11047t j-CCt-A}kr-- Ron Garrett 1142 Bailey Drive Brighton, CO 80603 (303) 919-9225 APR 23 2019 MEMORANDUM TO: Board of County Commissioners DATE: May 6, 2019 FROM: Maxwell Nader SUBJECT: USR18-0127 (Second Dwelling) Planning Staff is requesting to add a Condition of Approval to the USR18-0127 staff report: At the Planning Commission hearing on April 16, 2019 it was determined that the applicant is able to apply for a Zoning Permit for Temporary During Construction (ZPMH). This permit will allow the applicant's sister to live in the recreational vehicle while the new second dwelling is constructed. This six month permit is renewable up to eighteen (18) months, however given the circumstances, Staff is recommending allowing one nonrenewable six (6) month period. Planning Staff requests that new Item #1.A read as follows: "The applicant shall submit a Zoning Permit for Temporary During Construction (ZPMH).
