RE: Delegation of Authority to Weld County Controller
To Whom it May Concern:
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute
and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado. In accordance with Chapter 5, Article IV, Purchasing Policy
of the Weld County Code, the authority to sign any necessary transfer documents for purchased
vehicles or equipment, is delegated to the Weld County Controller to sign as the Agent for the
Weld County Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado.
