OEM has Identified to items for the hOC that grant will support. The first project is HAM radio equipment, this will allow the hOC to utilize the radio equipment with out waiting on HAM radio operators to arrive and set up equipment. Total estimated equipment cost is $1,370.00 The second item is for a touch screen monitor in the FOC, this will be positioned on the South wall for the Logistics Section to use during hOC activations. Estimated costs in 5,000.00 The Grant application needs to be submitted to the State by July 31St. all funds need to be spent by the end of Sept 2019. See the attached documents for overview of the equipment list. Total costs for all equipment is 6371.00 and the State Grant will pay 50%, total cost to the County will be 3185.5 What options exist for the Board?
