GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at The Southwest corner of section 10, Twp 10, Range 581;1 running East one mile, thence North one-half mile; thence East one-fourth mile, thence North one-half mile, thence East Four & three-quarters of a mile to the Northeast corner of section 9, Twp. 10, Range:57, thence South two miles to the Southeast corner of section 16; thence West one mile to the Southwest corner of section 16, Twp 10, Range 57. • Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width.
