form, and believing the public good requires the laying out of the road as recommended by the viewers, it was on motion ordered that the report be approvetl
and adopted, and the road therein described and recommended by the viewers be and is hereby declared a public highway. The Clerk is directed to record
the report, plat the road, draw warrants in favor of parties for damages awarded, and cause notices to be posted of opening of said road, and notify the
Road Overseer Of proper District to open the same to travel in sixty days as required by law.

convenience and all adjacent land owners on said proposed road having
signed this petition and the benefits to them equal the damages, this
