Inc. ("Payor").
Payor shall be notified, in writing, of any change in ownership., decimal interest, or payment address. All such changes shall be effective within
60 days of notification from Payee.
Payor is authorized to withhold payment pending resolution of a title dispute or adverse claim asserted regarding the interest in production claimed
herein by the undersigned. The undersigned agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless and reimburse Payor from and against any and all claims
and causes of action of any kind, including attorneys' fees and costs arising from such claims or causes of action, brought by or which may in the
future be brought by any person who is or claims to be entitled to assert a claim for any amount atti ibutable to an interest to which the undersigned
is not entitled. The undersigned agrees to reimburse Payor any amount attributable to an interest to which the undersigned is not entitled.
Payor may accrue proceeds until the total amount equals $100.00, or pay annually, whichever occurs first, or as required by applicable state statute.
This Division Order does not amend any lease or operating agreement between the undersigned and the Lessee or operator or any other contracts
for the purchase of oil or gas.
In addition to the terms andconditions of this Division Order, the undersigned and Payor may have certain statutory rights under the Laws of
the state in which the property is located.
A facsimile or scanned copy of a signed copy of this Division Order shall be deemed an original.

The original division orders were mailed in June of 2017.
Please see the attached title opinion pages and calculations for Weld County's revised interest in the Matrix wells.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to provide the referenced plat specific to Weld County's interest.

Thank you for that information. I found the lease and need some additional information. What is the date of the original
Division Order that is being revised with the attached notice?
Also, Please be advised that the following information must accompany all division orders which are submitted to Weld
County Board of County Commissioners for approval:
1. The reception number(s) or copy of the lease that shows Weld County's mineral interest. DONE
2. Detailed calculations illustrating how the County's royalty interest was derived. NEED

3. Title opinion pages that refer to Weld County's royalty interest. NEED
4. If available, a letter sized copy of the plat reflecting the complete spacing unit with Weld County's mineral interest
outlined and highlighted related to the division order. Also, please provide all acreage labels necessary to support the
calculations used to arrive at the County's royalty interest. NEED OF AVABLABLf
