Please be advised that on August 6, 2019, Cottonwood Land and Farms, LLC, whose address and
telephone number are P.O. Box 229 , Boulder, CO 80306; (303) 449-1441, submitted a request
for partial acreage release for the Greeley West Pit, Permit No. M-1977-081. The construction
materials extraction operation is located at or near Section 36, Township 6N, Range 66W, 6
Principal Meridian, in Weld County.
Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information
obtained from, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215,
Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. Comments or objections should be submitted as soon
as possible.

St., Ste. 300 Greeley, CO 80631; (303) 350-3209 submitted a request for partial acreage release for the Greeley
West Pit - Permit No. M-1977-081. The construction materials extraction operation is located at or near Section
36, Township 6N, Range 66W, 6th Prime Meridian in Weld County.
Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to and additional information obtained from The
