We could add it to what we are doing now for changes to Chapter 2. Would be to change to this:
Sec. 2-1-80. - Work sessions.
E. The Board of County Commissioners al may hold a work session
as the Weld County Housing Authority, as needed, in the same manner as regular work sessions of the Board.

Attendance by Commissioners at all regular and special meetings of the Board and at all Board hearings
for which public notice has been published is required. Exceptions to this attendance requirement shall
be allowed when a Commissioner is out of town, has an emergency, is ill or is caring for an ill immediate
family member, has jury duty, or is attending to imperative County business.
Amend Section 1-4-10:
ARTICLE IV - Seal
Sec. 1-4-10. - Corporate seal.
A seal, the impression of which shall contain in the center images of a sugar beet,
an oil lamp, a cow and a sheaf of wheat, with the words "Weld County" and the year
"1861" arranged in a circle surrounding the images, shall be and hereby is declared to
be the Seal of the County. Pursuant to Paragraph 3-7(2) of the Charter, the Clerk to the
Board is the custodian of the County Seal. Use of the Seal shall be reserved for
attestation ol: signature by all five (5) Commissioners or for signature by the Chair, as
authorized by the Board of County Commissioners, and for display on the County flag.

The County Logo is authorized for use by all County staff on items of County
correspondence, and for display on authorized departmental forms, the official County

See the attached. Best to include rules and information regarding the County Seal under Sec. 1-4-10, and enact a
separate section for the County Logo (a new Sec. 2-1-190). The topic County Logo seems misplaced and hard to find
under Section 2-1-40 Contracts.
