SUBJECT: Colorado Air Pollution ntrol Commission - Revocation of
Rolanda Feeds Inc. Emission Permit
This will bring you the results of the Colorado Air Pollution Control
Commission decision which you and I both attended on Thursday, January 25, 1979.
Their decision to affirm the Colorado Department of Health staff revocation
of emission permit No. C-11328 Thas been hand delivered to Rolanda Feeds Inc.
It will be appreciated if you can advise how we can best join the
positive decision from this action with the court action pending in
relation to the Board of County Commissioners denial of a Special Use
Permit last year.

Re. JANUARY 25, 1979 CONFERENCE WITH
AIR POLLUTION CONTROL COMMISSION
REQUESTED BY ROLANDA FEEDS, INC.
You are hereby NOTIFIED that the Air Pollution Control Commission , at its
meeting of January 25, 1979 and after concluding the above-referenced conference,
AFFIRMED the decision of the Air Pollution Control Division of the Colorado Depart-
ment of Health to revoke the emission permit (No. C-11 ,328) under which Rolanda
Feeds, Inc. , is operating. Said emission permit No. C-11 ,328 is therefore REVOKED.
This Order is final upon the date of issuance.
Continued operation at the Rolanda Feeds , Inc. , facility resulting in any
emission of air contaminants without a valid emission permit is prohibited by
C.R.S. 1973 , 25-7-112(4) .
You are advised further that in accordance with C.R.S. 1973, Sections 25-7-112
(4) (f) and 25-7-116, you have ten (10) days in which to request a hearing before
the Commission is you wish to appeal the decision of the Commission reached in con-
ference.
