As of the date of this memorandum the Final Plan has not been recorded. The Department of Planning Services has received a request from the new property owners (Pence) along with an updated final plan map. The applicant is proposing the change the number of access points to two (2), reduce the number of lots from five (5) to three (3) and change the name of the subdivision from Ivy Crest Minor Subdivision to Pence Minor Subdivision. Since this resolution was signed by the BOCC in 2001, staff is sending this case to all referral agencies for review of this updated request.
