Bids were received and opened on March 20, 2019 for bid B1900069 Polycom Video
Solution (IT -972). Five (5) bids were received ranging from $92,705.16* to $111,412.56.
Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all of the bid responses. CDW-G LLC. out of
Vernon Hills, IL proposed the lowest cost solution of $92,705.16 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B1900069 Polycom
Video Solution to CDW-G LLC. for a total amount of $92,705.16.
*Previously Low bid from Strategic Communications, LLC ($64,625.56) has been
disqualified due to not meeting the bids requirements with maintenance support.
(Quoted cost was not for Polycom direct support)
