RE: REQUEST BY HENRYLYN IRRIGATION DISTRICT, TO IMPROVE AN
IRRIGATION DITCH IN THE COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, has received a request from the Henrylyn Irrigation
District, for improving ditches by lining with concrete, at the
following locations :
Intersection of County Road 47 and 10
mile East on South side of Co. Rd. 10
1 mile South on East side of Co.Rd. 47
Intersection Colorado Highway 52 and
Co.Rd. 69
2 miles North on East side of Co. Rd. 69
to Co.Rd. 16
3/4 mile East of Co.Rd. 69 on Co.Rd. 14
North side of Co. Rd. 14
Also short distance on Co.Rd. 59 at
Keenesburg
Along Co.Rd. 6 at State Highway 79 400 ft.
more or less West on South side of Co.Rd. 6 , and
WHEREAS, the above-mentioned ditch lies within County Road
right-of-way, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, feels that it would be in the best interest of Weld
County to approve said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that said request to improve
the above-mentioned ditch right-of-way, be and hereby is approved
on the condition that said improvements be installed as close as
possible to the outside perimeter of the County Road right-of-
way, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners
authorize the issuance of a cost-free permit for said improvements.

made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 29th
day of June, A.D. , 1977.
