Ms. Jones has the following comments/objections to the Appli cation: 1. l I t � s MD Close to_ Property tine, The USR site is extremely close to the Jones property line especially considering the intensity of the Centralized Gathering Facility use and Injection Well that will be on the site. The Application materials show that there is no buffer and the setback on the south is inadequate, adjacent to the Jones property, even by Applicant's own measurements. Ms. Jones respectfully requests that the entire pad site be moved further to the North and away from the common boundary and away from what could be Weld County Road 88. 2, Injection Weil is too Close to Property Line. A representative of my client went out and walked distances to the stakes located on the SW4 section 26-8-67. There are two stakes labeled "orca well injection site" 50' apart (east/west measurement) and 436 feet from our property line (north/south measurement). The southeast and southwest stakes marked "disturbance" are 30 feet from the Jones property line. The west most well site stake is 450 feet from the western "disturbance" stakes . (all measurements are approximate). The intensity of this use and drainage require that even lithe USR site remains, that the Orca Injection Wells be moved further North and away from the Jones Property. The additional traffic in the neighborhood will be increased by this use causing increased dust and noise. 5. No Landscaping or Screening. The Application materials show that there will be no screening or landscaping on this site. First of all, my client appreciates that the Applicant has moved the proposed USR site further to North and away from the property line that adjoins the two property owners. That said, my clientcontinues to desire the Applicant to landscape around the USE. site to screen the view from my client's property. I am attaching a copy of a topography map showing that the USF. site will be down and very visible from the property line. I am also attaching a picture showing the view. If it is the Applicant's position that there is no water available to irrigate landscaping, my client would prefer that a berm around the site seeded natural grass would be a better alternative than doing nothing at all.
