RE: AUTHORIZATION OF THE COUNTY TREASURER TO CANCEL COUNTY
CERTIFICATE NO. 729 OF THE 1976 TAX SALE FOR THE 1974
TAXES ON IMPROVEMENTS ONLY IN PT N'NE4 SECTION 19 , TOWN-
SHIP 6, RANGE 64 IN THE AMOUNT OF $90. 58.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet,
has requested authorization to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate
No. 729 of the 1976 tax sale for the taxes of 1974 , on improve-
ments only of Pt N'NEa Section 19 , Township 6 , Range 64 in the
amount of $90. 58 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, believes it to be in the best interests of the County
to cancel said Tax Sale Certificate as requested by the County
Treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Com-
missioners, Weld County, Colorado, that Weld County Treasurer,
Francis M. Loustalet, be and hereby is authorized to cancel County
Tax Sale Certificate No. 729 of the 1976 tax sale for the taxes
of 1974, on improvements only in Pt N'NE4 Section 19 , Township
6, Range 64 , in the amount of $90. 58.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of
August, A.D. , 1977.
