WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, c (`= Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home tr% Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the --1 affairs of Weld County, Colorado , and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, w Colorado, has reviewed the request of S. L. and Claudia Burke, o for an exemption from the definition of "subdivision" and "sub- divided land" in Section 30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973 , as amended, and Z? o Section 2-1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations , and v dh `.3 WHEREAS , the Board o£ County Commissioners finds that S . L. and Claudia Burke are the owners of a parcel of land lying in Part of the E1/2 of Section 24 , Township 4 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P .M. , Weld County, Colorado. S. L. and Claudia Burke desire to convey 278 . 22 acres , more or less to Miller Feed Lots , Inc. , said land known as Tract B on the attached plat, and to retain 10 acres as their home and acreage, said legal description as Tract C on the attached plat. Miller Feed Lots , Inc . , present owners of 6. 87 acres, more or less , known as Tract A on the attached plat, desire to combine said Tract A to said Tract B, thereby making a total farm unit of 285. 09 acres, more or less . Said Tracts A, B, and C are set forth in Exhibit "A" being attached hereto and incor- porated herein by reference, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has considered the recommendations of the Department of Planning Services on this matter and has reviewed information submitted by the applicant. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the aforementioned tract of land owned by the applicants , be, and hereby is , declared to be exempt from the definition of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" as set forth in Section 30-29-101 (10) , CRS 1973, as amended, and in 780837 BOOK 1751320 . 829 J -.r Section 2-1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and further finds that said tract shall be considered a single lot.
