Weld County is pleased to support the Town of Windsor's Transportation Alternatives (TA) grant
application to assist with funding to replace portions of the Poudre River Trail along with bank
stabilization, where the existing trail is failing.
This regional trail is a vital recreational resource to Weld County, Greeley, and Windsor as well as
becoming an attractive off -road alternative for many commuters who bike to work, We hope the
North Front Range MPO also sees the intrinsic value of supporting this project by funding this
application.
