CD WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, CC' Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home r- rA Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the O affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and O WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, has reviewed the request of Richard Bourassa, for an exemption of land from the definition of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" in Section 30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973 , as amended, (Na cS and Section 2-1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners finds that Richard Bourassa is the owner of the following described real estate, to-wit: A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section 32, Township 7 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , County of Weld, State of Colorado, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of said Section 32 and considering the North Line of said Section 32 to bear South 87°57'00" East and with all bearings herein being relative thereto. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the 4 . 45 acre tract of land owned by the applicant, Richard Bourassa, as de- scribed above, be and hereby is declared to be exempt from the definition of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" as set forth in Section 30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973 , as amended, and in Section 2-1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and further finds that said 4. 45 acre tract shall be considered a single lot.
