AGREEMENT
This A(EEEMENf entered by the Board of County Commissioners of
Boulder County, Colorado, hereinafter called Boulder County, and the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, hereinafter
called Weld County, this day of June, A. D., 1951;
WHEREAS,' there is a county line road between Boulder and Weld counties
extending from State Highway No. 7 to the NW %orner of Section 6, Township
3 North, Range 68 West, that is to the Weld—Larimer County Line, and
WHEREAS, the agreement between the two counties to maintain said road
is somewhat in doubt, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable to clarify such agreement.
IT IS THEREFORE AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
Boulder County will maintain said county line road between State High-
way No. 7 and State Highway No. 254 and Weld County will maintain said road
between State Highway No. 254 and the NW Corner of Section 6, Township 3,
North, Range 68 West, that is to the Weld—Larimer County line; that both
counties will use their best efforts to get State Highway designation for
said road and also to have said road put on Federal Aid Secondary System.
Executed this day of June, A. D. 1951.

THIS AGREEMENT,
Made and entered into this 14th day of July.
A. D. 1916, by and between the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld county. Colorado, and the Board of County Commissioners of
Boulder County, Colorado;

The Doer& of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, hereby
agree to maintain the public road and bridges on the line between Boulder
ent Reid Counties. oommenoing at the Southwest, corner of section 19,
North, West, roach
township 3J Range 68/ Weld County, Colorado, thence South to the app
of the bridge over Boulder Creek.
The Board of County Commissioners of Boulder County, Colorado, hereby
spree to maintain the Boulder Creek Bridge and its approaches and balance
of road and bridges on the line between Boulder and Weld Counties not in-
eluded in that part to be maintained by Weld County as above described.
This agreement made and entered into on the 14th day of July, A. D.
1915 in the town of Erie, Weld County,
Colorado, by and between the
members of the the Boards of County Commissioners herein, to be made in
duplicate and signed by
said County Commissioners, to be ratified at the
Sat meeting of each Board by formal potion entered of record and certi-
fied copies thereof to be furnished by each County to the other.
Ii WITNESS WHEREOF. The said parties to this agreement have hereunto
set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
