I, Michael J. Rourke, being the duly appointed, qualified and acting district
attorney in and for the Nineteenth Judicial District of the State of Colorado, do hereby
appoint Mark A. Campbell, as a Deputy District Attorney in and for the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, said appointment to commence July 29, 2019, and to continue during
my term of office, unless sooner terminated.
