Dear Chris,
Attached is the initial USR submittal for Carver Landscape Company, Inc. The application should be
complete with the exception of the following items:
• Updated cover sheet for the Certificate of Conveyances. Because it has been over two years the
title company requires a new search. It will be done tomorrow and I'll try to submit that before
closing.
• List of surrounding property owners. Hopefully you can help update the original list
Following are updates on items not necessarily required in the initial subm€ttal:
• I have not applied for a building permit yet. An engineer from CTL/ Thompson is currently
working on an evaluation and recommendation to bring existing building up to building code
compliance.
• A new septic field has been designed by CTL/ Thompson but has not been installed. I am
considering oversizing it to have capacity for a future home on the site.
Finally, I was hoping for your guidance in handling a community meeting. I know you are aware my
neighbor is not happy with the current arrangement. Currently, we are in the middle of cleaning up the
site and consolidating landscape materials to one area. As you will note on the USR map, I have
proposed considerable landscaping in an effort to improve the curb appeal and additional screening.
Any input you have regarding this would be appreciated.
