introduced for passage by the Weld County Planning Commission :
Be it Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission that the
Subdivision Plat Replat of Lot known as "Park" in Hill-N-Park
located on the following described property in Weld County ,
Colorado , to-wit :

be recommended ( favorably ) (uafi*rti 1Ir tnix}n) to the Board of County
Commissioners for the following reasons : (1 ) Complies with Comprehensive
Plan in that the development is within the comprehensive plan area of Evans, it is
an existing development and is not incompatible and is deemed necessary for the
health, safety and welfare for the County and in particular those residents served
by the Milliken Fire District; (2) Utilities are available; and (3) All appli-
cation procedures have been met. SUBJECT TO: (1 ) Construction to begin within
12 months from date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; and (2)
Streets should not be disrupted for utility installation if possible. County
Engineer must be consulted if street disruption is necessary for specification
on street repair.

Following our meeting last Friday morning at the Weld County
Planning Commission several items have come to my attention : - '
The formal application for replatting the "park" to
include a fire station lot can be signed by Hill-N-
Park , Incorporated , owner in fee .
•
Mr. Lundvall has indicated that Hill-N-Park Inc. is
willing to convey the warranty deed to this lot to -
the fire district simultaneously at the time the
replat is approved and recorded.
The utility installation agreement covers construction ,
specification requirements and arrangements applicable
to the fire district and utility companies . I did not
realize that this was more than a clearance record .
Therefore , I hesitate to solicit the needed signatures
since I do not represent the fire district .
I have asked Mr. Onorato to convey this information to the
Milliken Fire Protection District and that they take the initiative '
to solicit the required signatures and agreements .
Please be advised I am willing to assist and facilitate the
agreements which are necessary for the required signatures .
However, the initiative must be provided from the fire district
itself.

The Undersigned have purchased and are the owners of the Lots shown
opposite their signatures hereon, in a subdivision known as Hill 'N
Park and First Addition to Hill 'N Park which is a Subdivision located in
the South Half (Sz) of Section 26, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of
the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado.
The filing of the Plat for Hill 'N Park indicates an area designated as a
"Park" the same being located directly south of Blocks Two (2) and
Three (3) in said Hill 'N Park Subdivision.
The Principals of Hill 'N Park, Inc. , a Colorado corporation which
created the Subdivision and owns unsold Lots in the Subdivisions above
named, have advised the Undersigned that an opportunity is available
to locate a fire station within the boundaries of Hill 'N Park which would
be maintained and operated by the Millikin Fire Protection District of
Weld County, Colorado.
Hill 'N Park and First Addition to Hill 'N Park are located within the
boundaries of and therefore subject to the benefits, burdens and special
assessments of the Millikin Fire Protection District of Weld County, Colorado.
It has been further represented to the Undersigned that the contemplated
location of the fire station would be on a parcel of ground 100 feet by 100
feet in the Southwest corner of the area designated as a "Park" and would
be at the Northeast corner of the intersection of Yosemite and Yellowstone
Drive and its proximity to the improvements located in Hill 'N Park
Subdivision and First Addition to Hill 'N Park Subdivision would be most
advantageous to the Undersigned.
Accordingly, the Undersigned, by their signatures hereon, jointly Petition
that consent be given to utilizing the above designated parcel as a site for a
fire station as above described and further agree to execute any documents
that might be required to vacate the described parcel as a portion of the
designated "Park".
The Undersigned acknowledge that they have been advised by Principals of
Hill 'N Park, Inc. that the parcel of ground contemplated to be utilized by
the Millikin Fire Protection District will be donated to said District in
consideration of the construction of an -3perating fire station. Our signatures
hereon are conditioned upon the fact that should the Fire Protection District
fail to construct the contemplated fire station within one year, our above
consent will be considered to be withdrawn.

Gentlemen:
The Undersigned have purchased and are the owners of the Lots shown
opposite their signatures hereon, in a subdivision known as Hill 'N
Park and First Addition to Hill 'N Park which is a Subdivision located in
the South Half (SZ) of Section 26, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of
the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado.
The filing of the Plat for Hill. 'N Park indicates an area designated as a
"Park" the same being located directly south of Blocks Two (2) and
Three (3) in said Hill 'N Park Subdivision.
The Principals of Hill 'N Park, Inc. , a Colorado corporation which
created the Subdivision and owns unsold Lots in the Subdivisions above
named, have advised the Undersigned that an opportunity is available
to locate a fire station within the boundaries of Hill 'N Park which would
be maintained and operated by the Millikin Fire Protection District of
Weld County, Colorado.
Hill 'N Park and First Addition to Hill 'N Park are located within the
boundaries of and therefore subject to the benefits, burdens and special
assessments of the Millikin Fire Protection District of Weld County, Colorado.
It has been further represented to the Undersigned that the contemplated
location of the fire station would be on a parcel of ground 100 feet by 100
feet in the Southwest corner of the area designated as a "Park" and would
be at the Northeast corner of the intersection of Yosemite and Yellowstone
Drive and its proximity to the improvements located in Hill 'N Park
Subdivision and First Addition to Hill 'N Park Subdivision would be most
advantageous to the Undersigned.
Accordingly, the Undersigned, by their signatures hereon, jointly Petition
that consent be given to utilizing the above designated parcel as a site for a
fire station as above described and further agree to execute any documents
that might be required to vacate the described parcel as a portion of the
designated "Park".
The Undersigned acknowledge that they have been advised by Principals of
Hill 'N Park, Inc. that the parcel of ground contemplated to be utilized by
the Millikin Fire Protection District will be donated to said District in
consideration of the construction of an operating fire station. Our signatures
hereon are conditioned upon the fact that should the Fire Protection District
fail to construct the contemplated fire station within one year, our above
consent will be considered to be withdrawn.

The Undersigned have purchased and are the owners of the Lots shown
opposite their signatures hereon, in a subdivision known as Hill 'N
Park and First Addition to Hill 'N Park which is a Subdivision Located in
the South Half (Sz) of Section 26, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of
the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado.
The filing of the Plat for Hill 'N Park indicates an area designated as a
"Park" the same being located directly south of Blocks Two (2) and
Three (3) in said Hill 'N Park Subdivision.
The Principals of Hill 'N Park, Inc. , a Colorado corporation which
created the Subdivision and owns unsold Lots in the Subdivisions above
named, have advised the Undersigned that an opportunity is available
to locate a fire station within the boundaries of Hill 'N Park which would
be maintained and operated by the Millikin Fire Protection District of
Weld County, Colorado.
Hill 'N Park and First Addition to Hill 'N Park are located within the
boundaries of and therefore subject to the benefits, burdens and special
assessments of the Millikin Fire Protection District of Weld County, Colorado.
It has been further represented to the Undersigned that the contemplated
location of the fire station would be on a parcel of ground 100 feet by 100
feet in the Southwest corner of the area designated as a "Park" and would
be at the Northeast corner of the intersection of Yosemite and Yellowstone
Drive and its proximity to the improvements located in Hill 'N Park
Subdivision and First Addition to Hill 'N Park Subdivision would be most
advantageous to the Undersigned.
Accordingly, the Undersigned, by their signatures hereon, jointly Petition
that consent be given to utilizing the above designated parcel as a site for a
fire station as above described and further agree to execute any documents
that might be required to vacate the described parcel as a portion of the
designated "Park".
The Undersigned acknowledge that they have been advised by Principals of
Hill 'N Park, Inc. that the parcel of ground contemplated to be utilized by
the Millikin Fire Protection District will be donated to said District in
consideration of the construction of an operating fire station. Our signatures
hereon are conditioned upon the fact that should the Fire Protection District
fail to construct the contemplated fire station within one year, our above
consent will be considered to be withdrawn.
