Presented to the Board of Commissioners' June 10th 1920 when the fallowing action was'taken and
enterel7--of7ifee d,to-Wit:The Board having carefully considered the report of the viewers herein well m the objections made thereto,and finding the report correct es to
farm,and believing the public good requires the laying out of the road as recommended by the flowery,it was on motion ordered that the report be approved
end adopted,and the road therein described and recommended by the viewers be and is hereby declared a public highway. The Clerk is directed to record
the report,plat the road,draw warrants in favor of parties for damages awarded,and ravae satires to be pasted of opening of said road,and notify the
Rood Overseer of proper District to open the same to travel in sixty days as required bylaw. _

SW corner of sec. 35, and running due north on section line 3-1/4 miles.
Also starting at the NE corner of Sec. 24 and SE corner of sec. 13, and
running 1/2 mile west on section line. Then running due North 80 rods
in section 13. Then running straight west across section 14, and sec. 15,
to section 16, then starting at NW corner of sec. 17, and running due west
on section line, to Township line. Then starting at NE corner of Sec.

PUBLIC ROADS ORDER CONTINUING VIE4ING
On this 7th day of May, 1920, the Board having under considera-
tion the matter of public roads, and it appearing that heretofore,
viewers having been appointed to view proposed roads during the month
of April, under petitions theretofore filed. And that the weather
conditions were such during the month of April, that no roads were
viewed by such viewers , and no reports thereof filed. And the Board
having considered said matter, on motion it was ordered that the
following mentioned roads retain the same viewers as heretofore appoint-
ed, but dates for viewing thereof be continued to and set upon dates
shown herein below to wit: -

We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above described,
and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of
one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agree to give
the right of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for
