After conversing with Dave Keiser about his application for the development of his property
with Weld County and that time is important to the development, the Town of LaSalle has no
issues with you proceeding with the county application and not annexing at this time.
Dave did indicate to me that after the development and prior to sales of homes that he would
entertain annexation discussions with the Town of LaSalle, which we are looking forward to.
Good luck in your application process with Weld County, and I look forward to our conversation
on the annexation possibility at a later date.
