the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Both hearings
will be held in the Hearing Room, Weld County Administration
Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado. Please note the
hearing dates and times listed on the other side of this card for
the proposed project.

Hi Max,
As far as the mineral owner situation, there were no records when I put our information in the search tool. The
Aeeessor's office said that this simply means we are not being taxed on minerals. I then spoke with the clerk and
recorders office and they have nothing in their system about a change in mineral ownership. My last check are the
various deeds as part of our certificate of conveyances. The clerk and recorder rep said that as long as there is nothing in
those earlier deeds noting that a previous owner retained or transferred the mineral rights, we are all clear. I will search
through those deeds when I get home later this afternoon.
