We try to keep a small foot print of coverage to keep our trucks and trailers on unfortunately each type of crop requires different trailers for harvest and hauling. Traffic Narrative — The drivers will come in the gate off of County Road 18 and park their cars and get in their trucks and leave for the day. Depending on where the job is they will go out of the gate to County Road 18 and will make a left to go to Highway 85 or they will make a right and go to County Road 37 , make a right on 37 and take that out to Highway 52 . 8 . Drainage Narrative — There are no drainage issue where the trucks are currently parked as there is a lot of sand in the front and grass in the back and we have never had any issue with water drainage in that area where the vehicles and trucks are currently parked . Traffic Narrative Requirements 1 . Describe how many roundtripsfday are expected for each vehicle type : Passenger Cars/Pickups, Tandem Trucks, Semi-Truck/Trailer/RV (Roundtrip = 1 trip in and 1 trip out of site ) - At most there will be 10 trucks that will make one trip in and out per day up to 6 days a week . Right now we do not have any drivers or truck traffic but for the future that is at most what could be expected . They will come with either a car or pickup to get their Semi with either an end dump, side dump, belly dump or rock tub depending on the job they are going to . 9 . Describe the expected travel routes or haul routes for site traffic. - Depending on where the job is they will go out of the gate to County Road 18 and will make a left to go to Highway 85 or they will make a right and go to County Road 37, make a right on 37 and take that out to Highway 52 . 2 . Describe the travel distribution along the routes (e.g . 50% of traffic will come from the north , 20% from the south , 30% from the east, etc. ) — Most of the traffic will come out of the gate onto County Road 18 and go West towards Highway 85 as that is where most of the sand pits are that we would use . 3 . Describe the time of day that you expect the highest traffic volumes. - The trucks will arrive at 5 : 30 — 6 : 30 am to leave for the day and will return around 7 pm in the evening . Drainage Narrative Requirements 1 . Which exception is being applied for and include supporting documentation 2 . Where the water originates if it flows onto the property from an offsite source — We don 't have any issues with water flow. 3 . Where it flows to as it leaves the property — N /A 4 . The direction of flow across the property — N/A 5 . If there have been previous drainage problems with the property — There have been no previous problems of drainage on the property . When it rains or snows it soaks into the ground and there are no puddles or standing water anywhere that we have seen on the property. Exceptions . — This application has no drainage issue and with the dirt berm that is being requested around the parking area there will be no drainage issue in that area . URBANIZING areas where the total project stormwater runoff of less than , or equal to , 5 cubic feet per second (cfs) for the 1 -hour, 100-year, storm event. 10 . NON-URBANIZING areas where the total project stormwater runoff of less than , or equal to, 10 cfs for the 1 -hour, 100-year, storm event. 11 . How will Waste materials be handled , stored , and disposed of? We will have a porta- potty for the drivers to use and a service will take care of the maintenance and disposal . There is no other waste that would be coming from the trucks only if they had to use the restroom . We have an onsite trash dumpster for any water bottles or trash they would need to dispose of. 2 . Indicate if there will be washing of vehicles or equipment, fuel - No there will not be any washing of vehicles or equipment , they will use a truck wash station at a truck stop . The trucks will fuel at truck stop. 3 . storage, maintenance of vehicles or equipment? - We will store the trailers in the indicated area on the map and the drivers will be responsible for maintenance on their own truck at a shop. 4 . How will onsite dust be addressed? - There is no dust that will need to be addressed , the roads are road based . 5. How will noise from trucks idling be addressed ? - The nearest resident is over 500 feet and would not be able to hear the trucks idiling especially with the berm in place .
