Hi Maxwell,
We can't guarantee well permits will be issued, but should the recorded exemption go through, Mr. Velasco
could apply for a commercial exempt well permit for drinking and sanitary purposes inside a commercial
business (no outside uses), since it would be the only water supply for that 10 acres.

This email is in regards to RECX19-0044. I am wondering if you know for sure that Mr.Velasco will be able to at least
receive a commercial well for the Proposed Lot A. The reason I ask is because he has submitted for a Use by Special
Review Permit on the proposed Lot A for a diesel repair shop, no house is proposed at this time.
I would love to hear your comments in regards to this because this will help move along the USR to the next stages.
