Stromo Composting Facility
Dear Mr. Arnold:
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Hazardous Materials and Waste Management
Division (the "Division") has conducted a review of Financial Assurance compliance for Stromo Composting
Facility. The Financial Assurance Submittal was reviewed for compliance with Section 4.0 of the Regulations
Pertaining to Solid Waste Sites and Facilities, 6 CCR 1007-2 (the "Regulations").
The review included verification of two Certificate of Deposit (CD), numbers ***524 and ***58, issued by
ANB Bank. The aggregate amount of both CDs value at $27,989.97. As a result from the Division's
review and analysis, the Division hereby approves Stromo Composting Facility's financial submittal as
the financial mechanism for post-closure costs of the facility.
The Division is authorized to bill for its financial assurance review pursuant to Section 1.7 of the Regulations,
and an invoice will be transmitted under separate cover.
