The two properties listed in the documentation for property valuation are not comparable to my property. The property at 5424 W. 7th Street Rd is a larger home and just underwent a 90,000.00 remodel just prior to sale. This home has more square footage, more bedrooms and baths. The lot it set on is considerably larger than my property. 2. The property at 5429 W. 7th Street Rd. is a new home which always sells for more than an identical home 14 years old. Everything is new and will not require the ongoing maintenance costs associated with an older home. 3. Each year when I renew my homeowner's insurance the details of the home are reviewed for changes and re -build costs. On 11/5/ 2018 it was disclosed that the home can be completely rebuilt for $555,300 which is significantly more than paid to erect the home in 2015. 4. I request this amount be used for the house value. This amount added to the $130,000 land value will bring my requested valuation change to $685,300. I appreciate your consideration in this matter. Respectfully, John McCarty Hello
