Conway - EXCUSED Commissioner Scott K. James Commissioner Steve Moreno Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Jessica Reid Assistant County Attorney, Karin McDougal Planning Services Department representative, Angela Snyder The following business was transacted: . I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated August 30, 2019, and duly published September 4, 2019, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted on October 9, 2019, to consider the request of Daniel and Janna Miller, for a Change of Zone, COZ19-0002, from the R-1 (Low Density Residential) Zone District to the C-3 (Business Commercial) Zone District, at which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue the matter to November 27, 2019, to allow the applicants adequate time to complete the Conditions of Approval, and record the plat for Resubdivision, RES19-0008. Karin McDougal, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. • Angela Snyder, Department of Planning Services, stated the applicant still needs to record the plat for Resubdivision, RES19-0008, which is contingent on the results of a soils test and the revision of the Drainage Report, therefore, on behalf of the applicant, the Department of Planning Services requested an additional continuance. D; Kelsey Bruxvoort, AGPROfessionals, represented the applicant and stated they are in agreement with the continuance request. No public testimony was offered concerning this matter. .. After discussion amongst the Board and the applicant concerning a continuance date, all parties agreed to January 15, 2020. CC: PI-(P611?)ill (Mam), tit 0-1-) 2019- 02(121 zo2D PL2709 709 HEARING CERTIFICATION - DANIEL AND JANNA MILLER (COZ19-0002) PAGE 2 E Commissioner Moreno moved to continue the request of Daniel and Janna Miller for a Change of Zone, COZ19-0002, from the R-1 (Low Density Residential) Zone District to the C-3 (Business Commercial) Zone District, to January 15, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., to allow the applicants adequate time to record the plat for Resubdivision, RES19-0008, which is contingent on the results of a soils test and the revision of the Drainage Report. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Freeman, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:06 a.m. This Certification was approved on the 2nd day of December, 2019.
