However, for tax year 2019, the County Board of Equalization may hear only those matters which were received by the CBOE, or postmarked on or before July 15, 2019, for real property, or July 20, 2019, for personal property. Although the digital portal allowed you to submit your appeal, the date stamp indicates that it was submitted after the deadline (on July 20, 2019, at 06:20 AM), thus it was not timely received.
