Please accept this letter as my resignation from the Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority
(TOEURA) board, effective immediately. Because the TOEURA is located in two counties, C.R.S.
§31-25-104(2)(a)(I) requires my position to be appointed by agreement of both Weld County and
Boulder County. I do not believe that Weld County seeks to appoint anyone in my place, and so I
recommend you contact Boulder County to solicit their input. Please feel free to contact me at any
time.
