Let it be known that we as neighboring property' owners to above said property abject to the use permit
requested. Said property is already a trash hole. Bringing in more trailers, and other I N-useable
vehicles will only bring in more trash, more traffic, more people snooping in.._ around where do not belong,
and mice, rats and other wild animals. This is agricultural property, not a storage place for junked
vehicles and other trash.
We are not trouble makers, but feel that the approval of this permit will bring undo hardship to us and
somewill
other neighbors. We have more trash and scrap being blown and thrown onto our property
that is not ours but we have to pick up. We are elderly and unable to clean up after others.
As we were looking at the proposal report information, it was mentioned that there is a pre 1972 well.
Please note that there is also an Aristocrat Ranchettes Water Project water tap to said property. Just
want you to be sure to have all the facts.
