Processing Plant USR18-0019 and a 2.36 mile 16" high pressure natural gas pipeline originating at the
Latham Processing Plant USR18-0019 and terminating at the Hambert Processing Facility
AMUSR-355), in the A (Agricultural) Zone District.
Location: East of CR 19; west of CR 37; north of CR 32.5; south of CR 40.
Parcel Number: Multiple Parcels
Legal: The Pipeline will cross Sections 15, 10, 11, and 12, of T3N, R67W and Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 2,
and 3 of T3N, R66W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado.
The application is submitted to you for review and recommendation. Any comments or
recommendation you consider relevant to this request would be appreciated. Please reply by the
above listed date so that we may give full consideration to your recommendation. Any response not
received before or on this date may be deemed to be a positive response to the Department of Planning
