RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR THE COUNTY TREASURER TO TRANSFER $259 . 29
FROM UNCLAIMED FUNDS TO THE COUNTY GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet,
has requested authorization from the Board of County Commissioners ,
to transfer $259 . 29 from Unclaimed Funds to the County General
Fund. These unclaimed funds consist of an accumulation of checks
written by the County Treasurer 's Office which have never been
cashed over a period of years , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, believes it to be in the best interest of Weld County
to transfer to the General Fund, the $259 . 29 from the
Unclaimed Funds, as per the County Treasurer' s request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Weld County Treasurer,
Francis M. Loustalet, be, and hereby is , authorized to transfer
$259 . 29 from Unclaimed Funds to the County General Fund.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of
October, A.D. , 1977.

transferring $259. 29 from Unclaimed Funds to the County
General Fund.
This money is an accumulation of checks written by the
County Treasurer' s Office that have not been cashed,
covering several years.
