HomeMy WebLinkAbout20191283.tiffRESOLUTION RE: APPROVE VACATION OF USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT, USR16-0013 - RUSSELL BAKER AND GEORGIA GILMORE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, by Resolution dated July 6, 2016, the Board approved Use by Special Review - Permit USR16-0013, for a Use permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review in the Commercial and Industrial Zone Districts (build gates and fences) provided that the property is not a lot in an approved or recorded subdivision plat or part of a map or plan filed prior to adoption of any regulations controlling subdivisions in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, for Terry and Roberta Vider on the following described real estate, to -wit: Lot A of Recorded Exemption, RECX15-0028; being part of the W1/2 NE1/4 of Section 28, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Russell Baker and Georgia Gilmore, 20504 County Road 54, Greeley, Colorado 80631, to vacate said Use by Special Review Permit USR16-0013, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Department of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation.
