A public hearing was conducted on August 28, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

The following business was transacted:
El I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated July 8, 2019, and duly published July 12, 2019,
in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of North Weld
County Water District, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit,
USR18-0030, for Mineral Resource Development Facilities, Oil and Gas Support and Service
(Class II Oilfield Waste Disposal Facility - Saltwater Injection Facility) in the A (Agricultural) Zone
District. Bob Choate, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
El Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services, presented the applicant's request to
withdraw the application, stating the purchase contract between Expedition Water Services and
North Weld County Water District (NWCWD) no longer exists, and NWCWD has no intention to
divest the property.
E Commissioner Moreno moved to accept the request of North Weld County Water District to
withdraw the application for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit,
USR18-0030, for Mineral Resource Development Facilities, Oil and Gas Support and Service
(Class II Oilfield Waste Disposal Facility - Saltwater Injection Facility) in the A (Agricultural) Zone
District. The motion was seconded by Commissioner James, and it carried unanimously. There
being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:04 a.m.
