GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at The NE corner of Section 29,Tnp. 2 N. R. 62 W. and running south to the D.L.D. Highway. Th4 SE. corner of Section 27,Tnp. 2 N. R. 62 1. and running west to the Roggen road. Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width. We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above described, and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to out, i consideration of the sum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agrees to give the right of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for damage by reason thereof.
