RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT TO WELD/LARIMER REVOLVING LOAN FUND
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the term for a certain position on the Weld/Larimer Revolving Loan Fund
Committee will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Ron Wildeman to said board as a representative, with a term to expire December 31, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Ron Wildeman be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Weld/Larimer
Revolving Loan Fund Committee, with a term to expire December 31, 2022.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 30th day of December, A.D., 2019.
