Dear Mr. Dunbar,
The Town of Pierce would like to take this means to
make application for a part of the Conservation trust
fund monies when they become available.
We do have a very small trust fund account and we
have completed some long range plans for a park which
would cover approximately 10 acres.
The land owner has expressed a willingness to sell
the land to the Town, which is bounded by Faye St. on the
east, Mountain on the south, Housing and the packing house
on the north and farmland to the west.
Because our trust fund is so limited we would appre-
ciate any help you might be able to give us.
