RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTijVIENTS TO NORTHEAST COLORADO
REGIONAL EMERGENCY AND TRAUMA SERVICES ADVISORY COUNCIL (RETAC)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Northeast Colorado Regional Emergency
and Trauma Services Advisory Council (RETAC), and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Mitch Wagy as a regular member on said board, to replace Dave Bressler, and to appoint Nathan
Spruce as an alternate member on said board, both with terms to expire June 30, 2020, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Toni Moses and Marilyn Sykes be reappointed
to said board, both with terms to expire June 30, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Mitch Wagy and Nathan Spruce, be, and hereby are, appointed and Toni
Moses and Marilyn Sykes are reappointed to the Northeast Colorado Regional Emergency and
Trauma Services Advisory Council (RETAC), with terms to expire as stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 3rd day of June, A.D., 2019.
