RE: APPROVE AMENDMENT TO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (822 7TH
STREET, GREELEY) AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN ALL NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS - CUSHMAN AND WAKEFIELD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Amendment to the Agreement for
Property Management at 822 7th Street, Greeley, between the County of Weld, State of Colorado,
by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department
of Buildings and Grounds, and Cushman and Wakefield Property Management, commencing
upon full execution of signatures, and ending December 28, 2019, with further terms and
conditions being as stated in said amendment agreement, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said amendment
agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Amendment to the Agreement for Property Management at 822 7th
Street, Greeley, between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Buildings and Grounds,
and Cushman and Wakefield Property Management, be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign all necessary documents.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 11th day of February, A.D., 2019.

Subject: Cushman & Wakefield Property Management — Contract Amendment
Weld County utilizes Cushman & Wakefield as the property manager for the Weld County
building and tenants located at 822 7th Street, Greeley, CO. As part of the annual contract
renewal, Cushman Wakefield has requested an increase from $1,250 per month to $1,500 per
month for Property Management salary fee. To capture this change, an amendment to the
contract is warranted.
Therefore, Buildings & Grounds is recommending approval of the contract amendment for
$1,500 per month totaling $18,000 per year.

AMENDMENT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT TO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT is made this
4'day of Fein.) 2019, by and between Weld County, Colorado, by and through the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado ("Owner"), a body corporate and politic of
the State of Colorado, whose address is P.O. Box 758, 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado 80632
and Cushman & Wakefield U.S., Inc., a Missouri corporation, formerly known as Cassidy Turley
Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. ("Manager"), whose address is 1401 Lawrence, Suite
1100, Denver, CO 80202. Owner and Manager are collectively referred to herein as "the
Parties."
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Parties entered into a Property Management Agreement on December
29, 2014, referred to herein as "the Agreement," and
WHEREAS, the Agreement's initial term was to and until December 28, 2015, and the
Agreement has been extended for additional one-year teiiris since then to and until December 28,
2018, and
WHEREAS, the Parties now desire to extend the Agreement to and until December 28,
2019, with possible extensions for additional one-year terms thereafter pursuant to the Term
provisions of Section 1.1 of the Agreement, with and pursuant to the amendment to Exhibit "A"
of the Agreement as stated herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained
herein and contained in the Agreement, the Parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
Amend Section 1.1 of the Agreement to replace "December 28, 2015" with "December
28, 2019".
Amend Section 10.1 of the Agreement to modify the following addresses for the

All remaining provisions set forth in the Agreement and in its Exhibit "A" shall remain
the same.
