DECLARATION OF POOLING
WHEREAS, the undersigned parties are the owners of the Oil and Gas Leases described in Exhibit
"A", attached hereto and made a part hereof, insofar as said leases cover lands lying within the unit herein
below designated; and
WHEREAS, in the provisions of each of said leases as originally written, or as amended, Lessee is
granted the right and power to pool and combine the lands covered by each of said leases, or any portion or
portions thereof, with other lands for the exploration and development thereof and the production therefrom
of oil, gas and other hydrocarbons associated therewith.
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the rights granted by law and under each of the leases described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and any additional leases covering lands and formations within the unit
designated herein in which the undersigned parties have an interest, the undersigned parties hereby consolidate
and pool the following described lands into a single unit for the production of oil, gas and associated
hydrocarbons from the Jodster North 25-2HZ and Jodster North 25-3HZ wells, spaced pursuant to
Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission Rule 318A.a.(4)D.:

This Declaration of Pooling pertains only to the operation of and production from the Jodster North
25-2HZ and Jodster North 25-3HZ wells and does not otherwise enlarge, reduce or affect any other existing
spacing unit(s), including overlapping spacing units for existing horizontal or vertical wells producing from
the same formation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Declaration of Pooling is dated this 13th day of May, 2019, but shall
be effective as of the date of first operations or activities undertaken to develop the Jodster North 25-2HZ
and Jodster North 25-3HZ wells. This agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of
which shall be considered an original for all purposes.

Hi Jessica,
Yes, please disregard the letter you attached dated May 15, 2019. This has to do with Statutory Pooling and since Weld
County signed the lease, this is no longer applicable.
However the three attached Declaration of Pooling documents ARE applicable and we would like Weld County to sign
and return them. These are `voluntary' pooling agreements that basically will `pool' the lease you just executed with us
in to each well Spacing Unit. We will attach a lease exhibit to each of these Declaration of Pooling agreements and will
record it with the County Cleric and Recorders office.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or comments.
