RESOLUTION
RE: AUTHORITY TO SIGN OIL DIVISION ORDER REGARDING NIELSON
ENTERPRISES INC. , P.O. BOX 370 , CODY, WYOMING 82414,
LEASE NO. 1181, OIL WELL NO. 138 ON THE EAST ONE HALF OF
SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 65 WEST OF THE 6TH
P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado is the holder of Lease No.
1181 with Nielson Enterpirses, Inc. , on the East Half of Section
18, Township 2 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Nielson Enterprises, Inc. has submitted an Oil
and Gas Division Order on the subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that they do hereby execute
the Oil and Gas Division Order as submitted by Neilson Enterprises,
Inc.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of
May, A.D. , 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 11th day of May, A.D. , 1977.
