ri C RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 169 - MICHAEL AND DIANE O' MEAGHER. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public meeting held on the 2nd day of April, 1975, that a certain parcel of land, being the property of Michael and Diane O'Meagher, does not come within the purview of the definition of the terms, "subdivision" and "subdivided land" pursuant to its authority under Section 30-28- 101 (10) (d) , CRS 1973, as amended, and WHEREAS, said Board did approve Recorded Exemption No. 169, by Resolution, on April 2, 1975, and WHEREAS, Michael and Diane O'Meagher have requested that Recorded Exemption No. 169 be amended by reducing the size of Parcel A from 10. 983 acres to 2 . 521 acres, and WHEREAS, the Department of Planning Services of Weld County recommends that the Board approve said request. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Michael and Diane O'Meagher to amend Recorded Exemption No. 169 be, and hereby is, approved. This situation could lead to some complications in the event of a death either to us or the other members of the family: or, if this property should be sold.
